"The Great Empty Shelf Experience"
I went in expecting a decent OSU shop with plenty to pick from, but nope, more like the Bare Minimum Boutique. The selection was surprisingly weak, with a bunch of basic stuff missing, and the few things they did have felt limited. I ended up walking out without buying anything. Definitely disappointing.

"The customer service experience was frustrating..."
The customer service experience was frustrating. They took a while to get back to me, and when they finally did, they didn’t really answer my question. I was hoping for a clearer response, but it just felt like I was left hanging.

I probably should’ve ordered earlier, so that’s on me a bit, but the shipping still felt like it took forever. By the time it finally showed up, I was already kind of frustrated. Not super happy with the wait...

I ordered from shopokstate.com, but the sizing ended up being off, so I figured I’d just exchange it. That turned into way more of a headache than it should’ve been. The return instructions were confusing, and customer service took forever to get back to me.
When they finally responded, they told me I’d have to pay for return shipping, and even then the exchange wasn’t guaranteed. For the money and effort, it felt like a bad deal. I wouldn’t order from them again.

"My order from shopokstate.com was mostly right..."
My order from shopokstate.com was mostly right. I got everything, well, almost everything the way I expected, but one item showed up in the wrong size. It wasn’t a huge deal, but yeah, still kind of annoying. Shipping was fine though. I’d probably order from them again, I’d just make sure to check everything right away next time

"I might’ve had a better experience..."
I might’ve had a better experience on a laptop, but using the site on my phone was kind of a pain. Pages took a while to load, the filters kept clearing out, and checkout wasn’t super clear. I was just trying to find one shirt and ended up giving up after about 15 minutes.
